In this exercise we work on control and balnce which are some of my targets, My falls in this are good however my balance is very weak. To improve this I need to work on my core strength.
0.00 A nice leg into a control fall but needs to be looser. 0.03 Nice leg but my arm alingment needs to improve. At 0.07 my back fall and recover needs to improve and at 0.14 I need more focus by 0.20 I loose balance but at 0.21 I do a well controled lean back which is followed thrpugh by my head.
