In this exercise we are working on our balance which I am not very good at so this exercise will help my improve that. I feel Ive made some improvements on this exeercise for example my taget of need to rise more has been hit in this video.
0.00 I start of the exercise in a good strong positon going on to 0.03 with a nice point and then at 0.06 i hit my target of a nice rise. At 0.08 I have a good foot stretch going onto 0.09 a good leg lift. In the last video my walk was a bit uneven whereas at 0.12 it is nice. However at 0.18 I move too soon making be un focused by 0.25 this is clear. I found when doing this exercise to the side I seem to be all out of sync as at 0.28 I am leaning to one side and by 0.34 my legs need to be straight.
