Limon Technique: Fall and Recover



In this exercise we worked on Linmon's fall and recovery technique. This helps us with our control and our focus. We also work our leg flexibility. Throughout this exercise we need to use a lot of heavy energy. For a first attempt at this exercise i feel I did quite well.

I start off 0.00 with very good posture, I am pulled up well. At 0.04 my leg evalute is good leading in to a nice fall pulling up to again good posture. By 0.07 my evaluted leg is good followed by a well controlled lean however my next evalute at 0.011 is weak but i recover well. At 0.15 i am out of time and at 0.19 i am un balanced. However nice point at 0.21, got all confussed at 0.33 and lose balance at 0.48. After i seem too carry on well showing i am focused.

Strengths:
  • Elalute are well lifted.
  • My leand are well controlled
Weaknesses:
    • Losing my timing quite a bit
    • Also lost balance a lot
