In this exercise we worked on our floor work, as we was exploring Limon deeper we added a spin and a fall at the end which I have yet to master. I found with this exercise when I do it on the left my brain cannot work put how to do it, therefore I need to break it down and I feel my right side is very much improving and but my left looks like it doesn't even know what it's doing!
At 0.00 we all start off looking like a rap band which looks a bit strange but then I go on to do a good attitude (below) I then go on the do an exelent Circle of the torso at 0.04 it is well lifted with a high release. At 0.006 my alingment is really good and at 0.007 you could draw a line on my stretch(below) However at 0.08 I need more tension and vy 0.12 I needto improve my getting up. 0.13 And the spin is nice but needs to be more controlled and at 0.14 I need to fall so much more. 0.19 I begin my left side which you can see is not half as good as my right. At 0.23 it's clear I need more VA VA VOOM! 0.24 And my stretch was too bad the second one at 0.26 was a bit better however my belly roll at 0.28 was quite good but my spin and fall at 0.32 was too slow and unbalanced.
