13/01/12 Exercise two: feet



We do this exercise to improve the flexibility in our feet and also strengthen our lower alignment.
I feel i am focused throughout this video and stretchng to a good ablitiy.


0.02- movement could be bigger
0.04- good rise
0.06- good lift
0.08- nice walk
0.10- need to work through the floor more
0.12- nice rise
0.15- shoulders need to be more bac ka nd torso needs to be lifted
0.20- good rise
0.28- nice point
0.37-nice point
0.39- nice flex
0.41- hips are well turned out
0.45- nice leg stretch


In this exercise i hit my targeted of turning my leg out more however now i need to lift my torso up more.

Strengths:
  • Point
  • Rises
  • Flex's
Weaknesses:
  • Working through the floor
  • Shoulders need to be back
  • More tension
Targets:
  • Lift torso up when lifting lower part of body and put shoulders back
  • More tension
  • Work through the floor.
