In this lesson we worked on limon foot exercises; they reminded me a lot of cunningham foot exercises so I got a bit confused when rehersing. However Limon's foot exercise's are about heavy energy so therefore the movements are more grouned. I feel that I am focused in this exercise and my feet are well growned.
At 0.15 my lift is good and well balanced and after my foot flex is flexed well. At 0.18 my leg is well elevated and toes are pointed well. I then go on to step back quickly in time with the musicand everyone else. This is good as timing was one of my targets. After this we repeat the exercise with the other food and again I feel I do quite well with good energy and focus.
We then repat the whole exercise again and I feel I continued to work well.
This exercise will improve my balance, through alterate legs. My timing through the speed of the exercise. And also my lower body strength.
