We do this exercise to improve our fall and recovery in limon technqiue; at about 0.18 i seem to lose energy to improve this i should try not to burn out to quickly.
0.02- nice controlled fall
0.03- nice leg extention
0.04- nice recovery
0.14- need bigger fall
0.18- out of time
0.32- needs to be bigger
0.37- massive improvement; good fall
Strengths:
- Leg extention
- Controlled falls
- Energy
- Timing
- Try not to burn out; have continues energy
- Timing; focus to stay on track
