13/01/12 Exercise three: Floor



We do this exercise to improve our torso flexiblity and our suspenson of limon technqiue. This is my favourite exercise as i like the torso twist and feel it is one of my strengths.

0.00- nice attitude however alingment needs to be better
0.02- transition needs to be better
0.04- MY TORSO TWIST; BOOM!
0.06- nice stretch- arm alingments needs to improve
0.08- arms need to be straight
0.10- nice body roll
0.11- better getting up still needs improvement
0.13- nice spin
0.14- nice fall
0.17- werid walk?
0.23- not as powerful torso twist as before but still good
0.25- nice alignment
0.26- WEAK!
0.33- Nice fall

Targets:
  • Inprove transitions
  • Control spins more
  • Follow arms through
