Limon Technique: Floor Work

Floor work iks important as it helps us to be aweare of the space around us and also helps us be more grouned.

The exercise starts at 0.08 and my feet are well grounded however my shoulders need to be back. At 0.09 i do a good attitude and my alingment is good. At 0.11 i go the wrong way and the video stops.

  • Facing the right way
  • Control
Targets:
  • Face the right way
  • Control my attitude more.
