In this exercise we learn about control of quick movements and balancing them. I look focuses through out however i do do a few parts wrong.
0.08 i am tilting to once side need to im[rove my core balance.
0.11 my turn is well controlled. At 0.12 my leg lift is good/focused.
0.14 my walk back needs to be stronger
0.16 i need more force in my throws to show heavy energy
0.20 nice lean
0.22 could push more
0.23 need more tension
0.26 good leg lift
0.29 walk back is terrible
0.31 spin is well controlled but look like a doll
0.38 and then i lose it.
