In this exercise we work on our Limon technique this is good as it helps with our torso flexibility, articulation of the spine, alingment and weight balance. I feel i have got good flow in this exercise and am focused.

0.23: nice suspence
0.29: bad plank
Strengths:
I am well grounded and focused and look like i know what im doing.
Weaknesses: Plank and alingment could be better
